Not at all. Weight loss ultimately comes down to calories. You must be in a calorie deficit daily in order to lose weight consistently. So having dairy is still okay. However be carful which dairy products you eat, many contain a lot of added sugar and too much dairy can cause digestive issues as well.. especially if you're lactose intolerant obviously. So yes dairy is ok, however still would advise consuming in moderation and try to opt for products with less added sugar such as Greek yogurt.

If you eat a less of dairy products then this will definitely help. But if you don’t eat any then it won’t have any impact! There’s nothing bad about dairy, nothing evil. You can eat it and still lose weight.

It depends on your body. Just like with food make sure it is used in portions. Unless you have an allergy/
sensitivity you can eat whatever you want while staying in your calorie deficit. Well, it is most times advisable to discontinue if you have some kind of intolerance to it that makes your body react...bloating etc. So, it is best to limit your dairy consumption just as you would your carbs.

You wouldn't experience negative side effects with dairy products unless you're lactose intolerant. Calories in calories out. Your body needs to consume less than your Basal Metabolic Rate - a deficit- to lose the excess fat. 1400 calories is 1400 calories no matter what you eat. NOW- nutrition, your eating philosophy and lifestyle (aka vegetarian, etc) and quality of food are other stories. But to burn fat, you can eat dairy!!!!!!!

I did highly recommend cutting out both wheat/gluten and dairy during a weight-loss journey for at least 30 days. That is the best way to see if you are sensitive to them (not allergic just sensitive) because sensitivities can restrict weight loss by causing excess information in the body. If you see better results, then add them back in after the 30 days for one week and see what happens. Add the dairy first because gluten takes longer to get out of your system and it makes it more difficult to get a reading on dairy if you add the gluten first and subsequently end up removing it again due to weight gain or skin irritations, etc.

Not all dairy products your body will be sensitive to. It still depends if you have a allergy to milk. If you’re drinking it all day which is putting you in a calorie surplus then yes. If you’re having it in moderation and you’re in a deficit then no. Some do and some don’t. Food is never restricted when you wish for fat loss. If you do it right you don’t have to restrict anything or make any other sacrifices to your normal life.

You can eat whatever you want in your deficit. It is not necessary to restrict dairy in order to lose weight. Just be mindful of the portions. Nothing should be restricted. Learn to eat everything in moderation. You want to think of your journey as a lifestyle change, not a diet. Something you can sustain long term. If you can’t see yourself doing it 6 months from now, then why do it now.

Well, there is a reason why dairy is not recommended. It causes inflammation in your body, unless only if you’re detoxing or debloating. So when you think of a healthy body transformation don’t want to consume things which will cause inflammation. Mostly, avoiding dairy products if you are lactose intolerant helps with gut health and acne also. You can just take low fat and skimmed dairy products and take Feta for cheese. Also, make sure you drink a lot of water.

For me, every journey we take shouldn't feel like a punishment but a choice (unless you're lactose intolerant). Don't just follow any random diet plan. Get your personalized lifestyle modification.
