Most people biggest downfalls is overeating especially at night. For them, it's when trying to lose weight. However, it's all about discipline when you start seeing results, the discipline is much easier.

Sometimes when you binge at night, it probably your calories deficit is too big and you are trying to lose too much weight too fast. In this case, save more if your carbs for the evening. Eat a bit more during the day and try go lower on carbs for breakfast and lunch, so you have them later when hunger is more noticeable.

If it's in the house, eventually someone will eat it, Lol. I was always told to drink water when you want to snack. Sometimes you're actually thirsty than hungry. Drink two bottles of water when you think you are about to do it. If you still after that wanting to "eat", then use some fresh fruits or vegetables. Preferable fruits and vegetables that are high in water. Such as watermelon, pineapples, oranges and tangerines. Or better still, take a walk before bed. If that doesn't work, you can try sugar free low calories candy to suck on like mints.
