I really wish we could target that areas, but unfortunately it doesn't work that way. The fact is, belly fat alone cannot be reduced. When it comes to belly fat especially, it's best to do full body workouts, target your whole body so it can start working together and speeding up your metabolism and burn fat all over.
I don't believe there's any quick fix. For me, have a look at your food intake and see if you need a change - that is a great place to start. Another thing to look at is your lifestyle. How is your cardio? It's very beneficial to go for an additional 40mins of cardio a day. So 2x 20mins walks or a 40mins nothing crazy but just going for a simple walk would help so much. The stomach area especially is where we hold a lot of our weight and with cardio and a cleaner diet, that will really help.
As long as I know, we have no specific exercises for belly fat, you need to do full body cardio exercises that will help you get rid of the fats. You can try plank. Yoga and Pilate can also help. Yoga strengthens your core, cardio burn fats. Other exercises you can try are cycling, german twist, mountain climbing, crunches, gluten bridge exercise are great and booty bands work well too.
A change in lifestyle is needed to help lose body fats. Excessive intake of alcohol, processed or junk foods can really cause more fats to your stomach area. You need to make that decision to follow the right diet and exercise routine. Spot reduce fats don't work.
