Eggs as we all know are rich in protein needed for growth and bodybuilding. Whichever way you prefer your eggs, your goal should be an all round well being. Some prefer boiled eggs, while some just love the taste of a well fried egg. However, for others drinking eggs is what they see as a great way to enriching their body.
So, what are the healthy benefits of drinking eggs? Good or bad. How much do you need, how much for the body is appropriate?
Should you drink them with or without "Yolks"?
Bodybuilding is not easy so it needs money and patience, if u have money and time then it is more easy. There are other source of proteins and you can get them from other foods too. You can just take a few bites of a chicken or fish which are rich in unsaturated fats and Omega-3.
If you prefer drinking your eggs, I did recommend you take 4 eggs with york a day. However, the best advice is to stop drinking eggs, cook them instead. You're losing half the protein by drinking them raw. Yolks have more fat in and there is more protein from the white and there's just less than a gram difference between the protein in the white and the yolk. Also only about 1.5g is saturated fat.
A full egg is great, you got all the nutrients at a go. Stop throwing away egg yolks nearly half of the eggs entire protein content is in the yolk. So instead of drinking your eggs, you can boil and eat 4 eggs yolk in a day. Only four is good.. You don't want to eat more because it have more cholesterol and can cause you to fart too much.
Eggs only raise good cholesterol and HDL (high density lipoprotein) levels not bad cholesterol LDL (low density lipoprotein) levels. You can do 8 eggs, boil only 4 yolk in it, 4 morning, 4 night and chicken, vegetables, penute butter, milk, oats, fish.. and more water. if you have money take whey protein powder. The only thing they aren’t particularly helpful for is someone in a calorie deficit as they’re quite calorie dense for not a lot of substance or protein per gram. But yeah in terms of actual nutrition, they’re great.
Next time you are thinking of drinking those eggs, you should instead boil them for the nutrients and richness it gives.
