Is Doing Keto To Gain Weight Better Than Actually Counting Calories?
Losing weight on Ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting can be easy more than gaining it back. You can try to get back on the horse to put back on weight but, it keeps falling off.
The truth is, it is hard to get back on. However, don't try and deceive yourself. Don't let calories scare you. Yes, it's a whole new way of thinking. But funny enough, most people never counted calories either, only macros. I wish people were better informed. Counting calories is old school thinking, but you can't really blame those who still think that, because it's what we were taught for so long. It's important to be open minded about learning a new way. Even better once you discover the new way actually works.
You can decide to stop counting calories and get back to Keto basics and still put back on weight. Find support. Know your goal for doing Keto, then go from there. Eat healthy fats, proteins and veggies. It will give your body the nutrients it needs to build muscle and tissue.
