Acceptable Snacks Inside Your Eating Window (With Intermittent Fasting & Keto)
Craving for sweets and fries can make your weight loss journey difficult, especially when you're on Keto. You could fell off the wagon and could gained back lost weight. Although many have suggested eating snacks that are Keto friendly, however no snacking is super effective in achieving positive results (my personal experience). My advice is not to snack and start with 3 meal a day. You need to make up your mind to get back on track and keep carbs below 20. Then stop the craving at first thought. Carbs makes you crave carbs. All that snacks business is for maintenance.Intermittent fasting (IF) is okay, but not for everyone. Most people are on one-meal-a-day (OMAD), doing the 23:1 schedule - between noon and one, and eats a full meal. That's a pretty hardcore start. You don't want to work up to it. When one is too strict, it can cause one to go "off the wagon". You could call my mid-morning coffee with cream a "snack", I suppose. I then have a meal around 2pm and that's it. Be generous with the protein for your meal and then you won't need a snack afterwards.
The whole point of this is to not snack. The one, two or three meals a day you choose to have must be satisfying enough that you have no need to snack.
