Rank10best.blogspot.com
You love pizza and looking for how to make that clean? There are so many diets out there that you can turn anyone of them into a clean eating to fit you and what you like. The truth is however, don't eat it at all. You will one be dissatisfied. Think of all the fat and useless white flour you will be eating. Yeah, I know it's not fair. The whole point of pizza is that it's not good for YOU. Clean eating is clean - no processed foods, added sugar, preservatives and non-food ingredients. You have to figure out other stuff you like. I have noticed anytime I try to replicate something, it always leave me disappointed. Have to say I agree with most people - if you want to have a slice of pizza have a slice of pizza. Just there's some things that you just can't substitute and have the same experience. Have it from time to time. Life's short. Be happy!!

For the most past of it - avoid pizza if you are looking to go clean eating. Or put it in the wash machine. Good luck with that Lol, I hope it still tasty. I have resorted to enjoying the pizza I love in a small twice a year. I have one more to go this year. Yeah, I know they are all processed even the chicken (unless you make it at home). So, I make it into a soup. I call it "chicken pizza soup". You can make your own, just make sure the ingredients are clean.

There are a lot of recipes for whole wheat crust if you eat flour or almond flour crusts. If I'm in a hurry, I buy a simple "Truth Vegan Crust" at Kroger and just load it down with veggies and a tiny bit of cheese. I made my own crust with oat flour and my own cheese with cashews loads on the veggies. I've made a quinoa crust that was pretty good, or I have a local bakery near me that makes a simple dough with no additives that kids will also love. A lots of veggies, and everyone's happy. You can also make your dough from starch and get a no added sugar sauce.

I buy the unburned pizza, gluten-free and fixes my cravings for a unhealthy one. Used a gluten-free tortilla, add organic pizza sauce, then top with veggies and a small amount of mozzarella/parmesan cheese and bake in oven until cheese is melted. I like to saute veggies in olive oil first, but that's not necessary. You could also try Joseph's Flax, oat and whole wheat pita pizza's on the grill, add whatever toppings. You'd like a organic pizza sauce. Domino's has a gluten-free pizza you can buy.

You may ask that logic does removing gluten makes it clean?

Well, gluten can hurts your stomach if you are allergic to it. I use "naan flat bread" and organic pizza sauce, as mentioned. I grate my own mozzarella and put whatever toppings I have in the fridge available. Sometimes I just chop onions, mushrooms and peppers and cover them in pizza sauce, and mozzarella in a casserole dish and it satisfies the pizza cravings for me.

How about all veggies and cauliflower crust? Cauliflower pizza and a lots of different veggies. Here!!!

Easy Vegan Cauliflower Pizza Crust - Naturally Gluten-free & Keto

Cauliflower crust, tomato sauce with Italian seasonings, grate your own cheese on top, add toppings. It's super simple, and tastes really good. Brand was cauliflower. Got me past the craving. Cauliflower crust with no cheese or very, very little (I know, who wants pizza without cheese, hahaha).

Here: Blend cauliflower, add eggs and Parmesan. Bake for 10 minutes, add toppings of choice. Usual rule of thumb - white cheese is better than coloured. Or just add veggies and sauce. Also, try cauliflower or mushroom caps. Portobello mushroom flipped and favorite ingredients added then baked. Most people love pizza and hate substituting for cauliflower crust, so they make mini pizzas on grate portobello mushroom - they are soo good. I've made pizza on eggplant and on a thin filets of chicken breast - but the mushrooms are fantastic!!. You could layer topping in a pan. Sausage... Sauce... Veggies - and then cheese if you don't want crust.

Eggplant pizza is an easy one when they're in season. It's delicious and turns out crispy too!

There is good if you are plant-based. Use clean pitas and make pita pizza; so you just skip the cheese - lots of veggies then maybe a bit of avocados for little creamy luxury. You can also use low carb wrap and make "thin crust personnel pizza", side salad.

Like I said earlier on, I make a pizza from scratch when everyone get a hankering for the sauce, I use a "can of tomato" paste, water, and mixed in salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, more oregano, garlic. Get good quality mozzarella and shred yourself. It's still not awesome, but it doesn't have a lot of what is in the other brands. I use grilled chicken, spinach and onions on top of mine (maybe little mushrooms).

For the crust: 1 cup of water, 1/2 teaspoons sugar, 1 packet of instant yeast (follow instructions on yeast packet). Put 1.5 cups of white flour, 1.5 cups of whole wheat flour (avoid if you're gluten tolerance, use oat flour instead) in a mixer, add in the yeast mixture - add in 3 tablespoons on olive oil. Add a little more water if it's not coming together. Mix just until it's combined. Let rest from 1.5 to 5 hours. Or in the fridge overnight. Roll it out, add toppings. I brush egg on the crust to keep it soft and sprinkle more Italian seasoning over the whole thing when finished. Bake at 500 degrees for 12 minutes in a cookie sheet. I usually make 4 individual pizza with this recipe because everyone like it different. Each one is 175 grains of dough. It's not under most people standards, but it's our replacement for comfort food and it's filling compared to restaurant pizza.

You could try broccoli pizza:

Or try this easy suggestion: Mix wheat flour with some baking soda and vinegar. Bake that, add in some homemade tomato sauce and some homemade cashew cheese and a bit of beans for the meaty chunks.
