What Are The Side Effects Of Whey Protein? Good or Bad

Don't we all want to build that lean muscle and shred fat at the same time, experiencing faster recovery and get break through plateaus? Whether you try the gym or take supplements, which ever way that guarantee 100% results and safe.

Whey protein is great for bodybuilding as it helps in growing muscles as protein is the major requirement for any muscle building. However, don't depend only on whey. You will attract more shit in your life. A healthy food, diet and carbs are always best. 

So, do Whey protein actually causes any inconvenience?

Well, it depends on what type and which kind. Being an unregulated product I haven't heard of any side effects, but too much protein can cause protein poisoning. I guess too much of anything can cause side effects in some ways.

Maybe some gas and bloating depending on how you digest whey. But that's not a side effect it’s natural, just make sure to eat healthy. If taken as per recommendation, it's actually good. 

However, it all depends on your digestive system. There aren’t any serious side effects unless you’re allergic to milk, you might experience deadly farts if mixed with milk. The well known side effects of whey protein are digestive problems and inflammation. These symptoms are usually mild. However, prolonged use of whey protein can result in leaky-gut and your body's inability to digest food properly. I would go with an amino acid blend instead. The good thing about amino acid supplementation is that your body absorbs 99% of it compared to just 11% of whey protein.

Lots of protein mainly that from animal products can lead you to obesity and cause you chronical diseases. You will attract more shit in your life like I said before. I have heard of individuals who said if you take it (Whey protein) too much you might get kidney stones and kidney issues. However, that will be a very rare side effects, nearly impossible unless if you mistakenly bought substandard ones. If you are so worry about the possibility of experiencing unwanted side effects using whey protein, i did recommend you try a vegan protein. It may digest better. Examples of a vegan protein is pea protein. Nothing including animal products or whey.

The side effects of Whey protein that I know of is to grow muscles. Funny enough, those who can't afford to buy supplements are the ones who always come up with myths about them, supplements are very good only when well used and very bad when misused, just never use steroids.
