Pre workout? first of all why do Need pre-workout and post-workout products. Handful of Haribo doesn’t make a difference what just something sugary. Don’t waste your money on so called pre-workout products. Post-workout, well nice but an easy way is just eat a decent balanced meal that includes a good source of carbs. Seriously don’t complicate your life.
What's your goal, I recommend eggs, fruits, oats, milk, toast etc for pre-workout and for post-workout salad, eggs, veggies etc. But please, don't simply take powders unless you really need one. A cup of strong coffee normally does the trick, you will have energy for about 1h:30. Coffee is good, however the Caffein is so addictive - Go for banana instead.
Note, there are no best pre-workout or post-workout products out there, just you, your daily routines and diet. Drinking lots of water is considered a good way to replenish the cells and recover your muscles.
However, if you still want to try any pre-workout or post-workout products, use L-Arginine for pre-workout and for post workout whey protein + creatine. But remember, eating chicken, eggs, vegetables, fruits, milk and oats go a long way. Bodybuilding is not easy, you need not to spend a lot of money, it takes patience and dedication.
