Dry Fasting: Should You Do Long Hour Intermittent Fasting For Too Long?

We all have different approach to lose weight, which for some, that includes (dry) fasting. But really, how are people handling fasting (no drinking or eating between ~5a to 8p)? Is it advisable to go with fasting for losing weight? 

First off, you need to ask yourself - What do i hope to achieve with this? Why am I fasting?

Fasting isn't that beneficial, it's better to just eat salads and fruit lean and drink water. Brain needs energy to learn and study, And absorb information, so energy comes from food.

Generally, you need to drink water obviously. Fasting for a long period of time without eating or drinking can lead to extreme side effects. You have a big meal so you can get through the day. Then eat during the evening before bed.

However, you can also option in doing orange theory classes (heart rate training) from 6:30p to 7:30p. Remember, your body needs food for energy and growth. Don't starve yourself. Eat
