Is It Good To Stay Long In A Calories Deficit For Weight Loss

Everyday if you want. Depend on if you are working out or not and depending on how much your weight is. It will always change. Until results stale then you introduce carb load and then back to diet.

To avoid plateau, do diet breaks typically I prescribe clients to hit maintenance cal on the weekends and then deficit weekdays but twice a week just throw in 3-400 calories extra this will help prevent plateau. Otherwise if you’ve been in a deficit for a long time I would say do maintenance for 2-3 weeks and see how your weight changes and adjust.

You will eventually hit a plateau. As you lose fat (and/or muscle), your TDEE will drop as well. So your caloric deficit will eventually become zero, i.e your caloric intake will be equal to TDEE.

It is all about bodybuilding, workouts and diet. You start to see it effect your training and you overall general health.
