It's sucks to be skinny sometimes. However, the real pain is being overweight! At least you can wear your favorite clothes, fit everywhere, and comfortable in any situation if you're skinny. But overweight or obese people can't wear their favorite clothes, can't easily fit everywhere and very very uncomfortable!!
If you are skinny, it is very much easy to build great body mass than those who are overweight or obese. However, it is more difficult doing gym as an option. A lot of times, people who are skinny are called anorexic or a skeleton all the time. And it sucks especially when people try to put them down for going to the gym saying “you don’t need it”
The best option is "Just eat". How many times a day do you eat? Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Anyone could give u a meal plan, but you got to do it.
However, the truth is most people eat but are still skinny. They also eat alot even fruits but nothing change. I know when someone tells you to to “just eat”, it seems they don’t understand. The fact is, If you try to eat a lot, all you get is a clogged toilet.
If you are still finding it hard to gain weight or build muscle mass, then just make shake's drinks which is high in calories. Lower your calorie intake and up your cardio and drink more water. You can eat about 1,500 calories a day, with food rich in fiber and protein.
You don't have to go through the discrimination and the struggle of being skinny. Count your blessings. Most people prefer being skinny to overweight or obese. Just give yourself some time and work towards your goals everyday.
Low testosterone can also be one reason why you remain skinny. Hormones are responsible for delivering manly features such as lean muscle mass, deep voice, sex drive, beards and many characteristics.
