Can Squatting Help In Muscle Growth And Recovery?

How can squatting everyday lead to growth for non steroid users when the muscles have no time to rest?


There's 24 hours of rest. Squatting might help, but does not guarantee growth. You're also not doing anywhere near the same volume as you would do when training legs once or twice a week.

Always have a rest day. Generally even body builders reserve full body work outs for pre-events to lean out. Otherwise its still a weekly split, maybe a 3 or 4 days  rotations. You can do two on two off, three on 1 off for any muscle combination group of your choosing. Overworking isn't going to gain mass as much as it will lead to more risk of injuries.

You have to recover. You have time to rest. You will just have to manage volume and intensity.
