How To Manage Your Time By Applying Self-discipline In Terms Of Bodybuilding And Overall Fitness Well-being.

How many more hours do you use in a day to exercise your body?

What do you use your extra time for?

If you can answer these questions and give full accountability of your time, then you have little or total control  of your time.

Bodily training is beneficial, it makes you look better and gives great confidence boost!!! However, many people don't seem too eager to exercise. You wouldn't believe how many people skip gym classes. It is the easiest next to lunch!!!

Some think,  "Why run around outside in the hot sun until you are sweaty and tired when you can watch videos that allows you to pretend you are someone else doing that?

The truth is, for you to achieve and maintain high levels of physical fitness, it requires time of self-discipline and determination.  But,  the good news is that physical fitness has its own rewards.  Fortunately, you don't have to train for the Olympics or lift heavy irons to enjoy superb levels of physical well-being. By building exercise and physically fitness into your daily routine, you can achieve physical fitness just by making a few small changes to your lifestyle and it requires  you have control of your time. Control your time,  and you will likely reduce your stress,  improve your grades,  and gain more explosure. "Sounds great", you say", but it's easier said than done.  The fact is, you will face challenges. But you can overcome them by making plans ahead of time. Time is irreplaceable and irretrievable, it can not be saved. Once it is gone or wasted,  you can never get it back.  If you want time to work for you,  you must learn to control it.  As Peter Drucker said, "You cannot manage time,  you can only manage yourself."

The fact is that you cannot save time,  you can only spend  it effectively or wastefully.  To fully manage your time, you need to use what I call "opportunity cost". You can reallocate your time usage from areas of low value to areas of high value.  Herein lies the key to success  in all areas of  your life.  It is the ability to chose the sequence of events. You can chose what to do first,  second and your free time.

As time management is important in your career and your family,  so is it also important  in your health and social or sports life.
You can know the value that something has to you by the amount of your time you invest in it.  Only your actions tell you - and others what you truly  value.

How To Manage  Your Time Effectively

Time is like a spirited horse,  so you need to include corporate strategic planning.  You have to set clear priorities and then stick to those priorities.

•Making A Schedule

Just the thought  of scheduling can make you feel trapped!!!  You like to be free,  spontaneous, not tied to a plan or a program.

To build  muscle and being physically fit,  you must prepare properly beforehand. You don't need to load the bar with more than you can carry.  You can add the equipment or the miles you wish to run to your schedule. You pick up the weight correctly. If you take such steps,  you build strong muscles without damaging your body or feeling very weak after work done. The ideal is about thirty minutes a day or two hundred minutes  per week.  You can achieve  this by walking,  running, swimming or using indoor equipments.

You can create time in your busy hours.  Everybody are busy now.  But it will probably become  more hectic as you grow older. Better that you become organized sooner rather than later.

Lists help you keep track.  Each day you exercise,  write it all down to figure out how you can improve more to reach your goals. If you start fIlling up your time with less important  things, you risk not being able to fit in the most important one's. Make space for the big things first, and you will be amazed at how much more time you will have for rest.

Number the things you need to do in order of importance  - Prioritize. Get a pocket planner and prioritize what you need to do.

On the other hand, perhaps  one of the following alternative  below  would  work for you.

*Cell-phone Calendar

*Small Notepad

*Computer Calender

*Desk Calendar

•Sticking  To A Schedule

After all the hard work, you just want to relax during weekends maybe spend your free time with your families, watch TV for a few minutes. Or maybe you plan to go to the gym but you get a text message inviting you to a movie or a party. Those things won't  wait,  but you can put off your physical health until another day. Some people might say "I can't just spend that period of hours exercising when I have somewhere important to go"

Like I said earlier,  we are all busy,  however,  you won't want to be so much busy to the extent of compromising and putting your health at risk. Although  some of us have to report to work in early  hours of the day. Most people are also just busy in noon time. However, physiologist have proven that the best time to exercise is first thing in the morning. People who get up every morning and workout for thirty minutes to sixty minutes are much more likely to make it a permanent part of their daily routine. All you just need is to try exercising for a thirty day period,  by then you will realize it's now part of your lifestyle.

On the other hand,  people who put off exercising until later in the day, almost find that they are too tired or have too many other things to do. "Beside you tell yourself ", I seem to do better under pressure. But,  do you know that you may earn better reward if you exercise when your mind is more alert. Just by dealing with stress correctly can make you emotionally stronger. Plus,  don't  you already have enough pressure to deal with? Like your ungrateful boss, bully friends, kids at home and relationships. Here are no just free time to do things you want - you just have to create that TIME. Why add to it by feeling more pressure. Most people procrastinate on workouts until another day,  which often never comes. What will the next morning be like?  You may oversleep,  feel more stress,  have to rush out the door,  and possibly  even get late for work. "Scheduling too many activities will cause you  stress.  If you set priorities, you will know which activities to pursue and which to drop.

What can help you is "Don't just schedule things you have to do - schedule  things you also enjoy. "It's easier to do what you have more important knowing you have enjoyable  things planned later. Aim for something  and then set little goals alone the way to make sure you're still on track.  You can also trick yourself into exercising by putting on exercise clothes before sleeping, or better still, you can have   pictures of athletes like Usain Bolt, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Christiano Ronaldo, LeBron James -------women bodybuilders  >>> Adrian Kuhls and Sarah Bäckham as wallpapers  on your phone or apartment. Before you know what has happened, you are halfway into your exercise routine. Your heart rate is up,  you will always feel happy and smiling each day. You know you have achieved what you set. Call it the "Exercise  Effect", you ain't  wrong.

•Listen To The Experts

The best way to stay updated on happenings in the world of fitness is to listen to physical fitness specialist. Why? Because they themselves have gone through what you are experiencing right now. They know how important time management is and they have learn to master it.  Physical fitness specialists generally agree that you need to exercise 200 - 400 minutes per week to enjoy the maximum let's of physical well-being. It's better you invest your life in something  or you will throw it away on nothing.

We have many fitness trainers today, you can buy their books that can motivate you to do great things and do better thins without mistakes. Learn their great ideas through tapes, CDs, DVD and fitness magazines. You can also follow your favorite fitness experts on social media. Join their group or better still,  you can use reddit and follow up sub-reddit that can inspire you to do more.

•Invest To Get Better Results

Like l said,  you can invest your money into buying fitness books, audio tapes or magazines.  One of the best things you can do to achieve  high levels of physical fitness is join a gym or a health club and attend regular exercise classes. You can even pay a little more and get yourself a personal trainer who will put you through an exercise regimen. If you don't have enough money to hire fitness expert, you can subscribe to premium membership classes online. You can check Jim Stoppani (Army JMY) on facebook. It's free to join,  but you will have to pay to join their premium membership class which cost about $1 to $5. However, you are much more likely to discipline yourself to start and maintain a fitness routine if you have someone who is expecting you to be at a class or monitoring you on a regular basis to make sure that you follow the exercise program to which you committed.

One idea that I like which is worth a gold, but however, it is free. You can get your friends or siblings to watch your schedule or routine and agree to pay a cent if anytime you miss any day. By doing this,  you will be very more careful to lose money by skipping your routine. You can also go to a gym that has personal trainers on staff who will work with you on the specific  equipment you want to use.

•Join An Organized Sports

Organized sports are a wonderful way to achieve and maintain high levels of physical fitness and also meet people with the same mind set like you.  They are far more demanding in terms of time and schedule,  but the payoff is often extraordinary. If you are a member of a sports league - whether that be table-tennis, baseball, cycling, triathlon,  marathon or anything else.

You tend to be more focused and more happy to attend cause you know you will meet people to share minds with.

•Being Neat And Organized

You're not sure how being neat and organized has anything to do with managing your time better.  Many mistake people do is they try to apply all the suggestions at once. Instead, over the next month, apply just one of them. Once you've mastered that aspect choose another  to work on. Besides, being messy seems so much easier. Cleaning your room can be done tomorrow  - you say - or not at all !!! You don't mind the mess, so it's really not a big deal or is it?  I overheard someone joking that if you need me to be somewhere by 3 0'clock, then you should tell me to be there by two.

Putting things neatly and in order can give you much-needed peace of mind. Time is one asset that you, your peers,  co-worker and family all have the same amount of each day. Waste that  asset and you will have yourself to blame.  The choice  is up to you.

If you already use a schedule, you can make few adjustments that will make it to become more effective.
