Will the body stop on it own when it reaches a comfortable weight?
Many individuals have had the same issue. They have been stalked for months now on Keto, staying pretty steady no matter what they do. It seems like weight is in control itself and it becomes impossible no matter how much they eat. The body has decided it's staying at that point.
I believe the body knows best. Your body finds it new "health set point" on Keto. I figure there's some kind of healing happening, you could just wait it out. You could be regrowing muscle tissue while losing fat. That would equals to - no net weight-loss, but loss in inches (link). It might not clearly mean you are doing something wrong because you stalled. There's a thing called the whoosh effect.

Remember the smaller your body gets, your baseline metabolism will lower just because you have less body mass to maintain. You either have to compensate for the reduced base metabolism by increasing exercise or lowering your dietary fat if you want to keep loosing. They say - you have to drink 1/2 of your body weight in OZ (ounce) of water and the weight will continue to melt off. However, I think that is bad advice. You should only drink when you are thirsty. Yeah, I know there are things you can try, but I would recommend you continue on the path you have been on and see what happens. if you think it's a macro problem, check and track your macros; are you eating enough fat?
