Going into OMAD can really be one hell of a journey. However, getting enough nutrients & calories on intermittent fasting (OMAD) can help you on the long run.
When eating OMAD, how many carbs should you consume after your fast in that one meal? Well, normally 10 or fewer, 20 net carbs or less. It depends on your body and goals. Most people stay under 20 if they're trying to cure something, but just trying to lose a few pounds or just for general health - they stay around 50 or so. Your goal should be to mainly avoid processed carbs. For some individuals however, they keep theirs between 10-15 not yet exceeding 20, being very strict with themselves, aiming to lose maybe 15-20. However, the effect of this method is that your body may stall for months after losing few pounds. You would lose but not as quick.
For me, I don't bother counting. I can't eat that much as one meal to worry about it. But I suppose 10 is a good guess. Lazy Keto has always worked for me. Listen to your body.
