Here is a simple detox soup to help you with bloating:-
INGREDIENTS*Chicken drumlettes
*Celery
*Carrot
*Lettuce
*Zero Salt Chicken Broth
Boil chicken in water, add some broth if shrinks. Once chicken is boiled, add celery and carrots. Boil for 5-10 minutes, then add lettuce. Add light seasoning if needed. That's just it.
Your detox soup is ready to be served.
