Honestly, patience is going to be the key here. Consistent training and a healthy diet overtime will definitely yield the best results. Dial in the diet!!! Keep your diet dialed in, then dial it in some more! Train hard and diet (healthily) consistent. Follow diet 101 and you will lose. Intermittent fasting have worked for most people in the past for both fat loss and slimming waistline. However, in my own opinion, fasting is not sustainable, also not a good way to list muscle too. What's the rush? Fasting has a risk factor for developing an eating disorder. You can try changing your diet and exercise more, that is more healthy.
If you want to lose weight, there is a simple five-word formula: Eat Less And Exercise More.
If you discipline yourself to eat a little bit less but eat higher quality foods, and simultaneously exercise a little bit more each day, you can get into the rhythm of losing one ounce per day. No matter how much you weigh today, if you lose one ounce each day, that will be twenty-four pounds per year. In no time at all, you can retrain your body and your appetite so that you lose the weight and keep it off for the rest of your life.
