Detox Tips: Knowing Foods Which Cause Bloating And Gas?

Do any of these foods cause you tummy troubles?

While these foods are high in FODMAPs, like fructans, fructose and sugar alcohols, which are culprits for our gut grief, doesn't mean they aren't good for gut health and overall health (except the soft drinks, of course).

FODMAPs are still important to try to reintroduce back into your diet in the long term, to minimise adverse effects to the micro-biome in the large bowel, and also to help minimise nutritional deficiencies.

If you always feel bloating, you need to look into your diet. Low FODMAPs bread, bread rolls and low FODMAPs pizza bases can help. It taste amazing - no dramas, no bloating or anything. It tastes just like normal bread.

For some it was beans, white bread and onions. Others woke up feeling sore everywhere after they had ate asparagus. Funny enough, I have had people complaining of green Apple (red apple ok for them). For apples, you can try eating it without the skin. That should do the trick.
