Does Anxiety Have A Big Of An Effect On Testosterone? How To Deal With This ?

Is it just all about taking hormones or doing TRT or anything than to increase your testosterone levels?

Those who have severe OCD, that is, they are always under anxiety. It is that anxiety will eventually lowers testosterone and performance and causes muscle loss. Now this can top your existing anxiety, and may cause you to stress and over stress too much, and it becomes a mess.

So does anxiety have a big of an effect? How to deal with this ?

Various studies have shown that higher testosterone may boost E2 which may decrease OCD symptoms.

Low E2 causes anxiety nearly 100% of the time, regardless of testosterone levels, and higher E2 (while not too high, because that will make you a bit of a cunt) tends to make a person happier, more even keeled, even as you say, cuddly.

Having higher test and higher E2 along with it can absolutely help with anxiety, but that will of course always depend on the actual cause of the anxiety. Any androgen is going to increase your anxiety and aggression. I’ve heard of testosterone helping lift people out of depression.

Are we saying that all anxiety is caused by estrogen or that if you have low estrogen you will likely experience anxiety?

Well, to an extent. Low E2 will almost certainly cause anxiety, but anxiety could also be caused by any number of things. High doses of test and DHT derivates have also been clinically proven to lower anxiety. So this mean even higher test might not guarantee positive results.

If you are interested, look into NAC, L-Carnosine, Ashwaghanda, & Inositol. They all have some evidence suggesting they may alleviate OCD symptoms. Magnesium may be helpful too by inhibiting excess glutamate.

Also, steroid's rage is bullshit. If you're an asshole natty, you'll be an asshole on gear. Gear doesn't make anyone an asshole. It simply accentuates your personality.

OCD may be lifelong, but it is absolutely possible to live symptom-free with the right treatment.
