Best Diets To Loss Weight And Body Fats For Beginners

Not all diet's are healthy. Some makes you lose weight and then gain double after the diet. Everyone have different metabolic rates, and that can affect how much weight you can add or lose. I myself don't diet, I try to burn more calories than i eat. I keep a food diary and just eat healthy. No restrictions. I believe in a personalized diet based on evidence based testing, especially food sensitivities test.

If anyone is looking for healthy lifestyle, flexible diet is a good start, if it fits your macro's. And yes, it is the best choice ever. You can eat whatever you want and still loose fats/gain muscles.

No - it's not magic. It's simple. Just eat healthy and be semi conscious of calories. Low carb high protein. No sugar. Not 100% but 95%. I have been following the "Rule Breaker Diet" and I am extremely happy with my progress so far. I feel like it's a very flexible diet that fits with my lifestyle, combined with a routine exercise. I also try to cook fresh things, made by me at home.

Most people diet for different reasons, or to achieve different goals. I don't like dieting. Sometimes, I take supplements like suppressant or hydration drinks, and have lost few pounds in some months. I usually count my calories and exercise in my free time. I tried Paleo in the past, and yes, it is also recommended. Since it's veggies, fruits, meats, nuts and seeds, eggs just no grains, dairy or beans. It is a lot more healthier than Keto or intermittent fasting and long term sustainable. Any mostly whole foods diet will do through.

I won't recommended keto or intermittent fasting for dieting. The long-term effects are not pleasing. You might experience lost of energy or consciousness and so on. Although, most people have successfully lose weight doing intermittent fasting, the long-term process is not sustainable. Low calories eating is very much easy to manage.

You can go for the Mediterranean diet. Vegan diet is also great to try, but make sure you get 30 gram's of planted based protein in each meal - That's why it works for most people.
