Bang Energy Drinks As A Pre-workout: Worth It Or Stay Clear?

 Bang Energy Drink Review

Everyone wants to get bulk, muscle gains, strength and lean physique. A great deal of factors plays different role in achieving these goals. To build up muscles goes a long way far more than just eating the right diet or extreme exercises, it also has to do with supplementing. You probably have seen a lot of people at the gym with backup supplements such as protein powders, pre-workout, post-workout, energy drinks, nutritional shakes and many more. These supplements are used after or before workouts. You can buy these supplements in every nutritional store and over the internet. It is not only just for bodybuilders, an average everyday athletes can also benefits from them as well.

Different supplements for bodybuilding are available in various forms. The most common ones are whey, energy drinks, protein shakes and bars. You can get pretty much the same benefit available in diet and exercise as also in these supplements. Eample of these pre-workouts is Bang Energy Drink.

What is Bang Energy Drink and Does it work?

Bang Energy Drink is marketed as a pre-workout, especially amongst those who are sponsored by them even though it is the the furthest thing from a pre-workout. The question is...

Can Bang Energy Drink help you bulk up at the gym as a pre-workout? And the answer to this question is neither Yes or No.

NO!!!, in that I wouldn't recommend using them as your regular dosed pre-workout. It's important to mention you'd be missing out on nutrients if you decide to take Bang Energy Drink as a pre-workout. Bang Energy Drink is not even close as a pre-workout. It is not properly dose and missing some ingredients needed for pre-workout.

And YES!!!, because Bang Energy Drink can help you in recovery at the gym. You can use it instead of other options for energy drinks. If you are having a rough day though, Bang Energy Drink could help. It contains caffeine, BCAA and creatine. There is zero sugar in Bang Energy Drink, it has great taste. If you like the "stimulant" aspect better, that's fine; and that's what some people want out of a pre-workout.

Most people take Bang Energy Drink for the glucose rush, it is not bad if you want an energy drink, but I would stay clear if you want the best in a pre-workout. Bang Energy Drink is an awesome product, can mostly be used as a recovery drink. It is likely compared with soda drinks, because it is loaded with vitamins, super creatine and amino-acids and I believe 300mg of caffeine, which is a much amount of dosage. I forgot to mention potassium. Even with the ingredients, Bang Energy Drink is not nowhere closer to regular BCAA or creatine supplements available over-the-market.

A super drink? It is not. I rather drink black coffee.

Pre-workout supplementation does not need much caffeine as most people are intolerance to it. You need good sleep and a healthy eating habit for energy, and Bang Energy Drink for me will not give you extra nutrients to get more out of a pre-workout.

False Marketing and claims

Bang Energy Drink is definitely marketed as a pre-workout by the manufacturers. But, the fact is that Bang Energy Drink does not provides the necessary effective excepted in a pre-workout. They classified it as a "healthier monster", but as a pre-workout, it's not gonna do much. Not only that, but think about all the things they advertise. I think it's pretty obvious that it's mostly marketing - "super aminos" and all that jazz, energy drinks on a hungover saturday - is not truth.

Bang Energy Drink not sure as a pre-workout to get an actual pump - I'll pass.

All the claims are not true. They have been sued before for false advertising. The manufacturer claimed Bang Energy Drink as an ideal pre-workout, however, online reviews say less. Bang Energy Drink is mostly categorized as a diet/calories soda, not a super energy drinks.

Side effects

Bang Energy Drink has the possibility of causing side effects. It is not "monster" drink that people thinks it is. Bang Energy Drink is loaded with caffeine even through it's sugar free drink. It contains high amounts of BCAA's and creatine. It contains close to 300mg of caffeine which can affect someone with intolerance to caffeine; so the latter side effects is not so pleasing.

Price

Bang Energy Drink is expensive per serving especially for a supplement that  claimed to be ideal for a pre-workout. The price of Bang Energy Drink varies and depends on where you getting it from. Some online store sells for $1.50 regularly, same price as other pre-workout which works better. At Walmart, it is priced at $1.90, but still no worthy. However, some local retail outlets sells for $4 a can, which is a waste of money for a pre-workout. There are far better and cheaper pre-workouts than a 3-4 dollar can of bang.

Conclusion's

I won't recommend Bang Energy Drink if you want a pre-workout that offers great and effective results. But for an energy drink, you can go for Bang Energy Drink. There are far better pre-workouts over-the-market and they are cheap and very effective.

Bang Energy Drink is not intended to be a pre-workout. There are actually Bang Pre-workout available and not as an energy drink. You can go for that instead of Bang Energy Drink, or you can try others.
