I have always heard people ask for a hard and the best homemade six-packs exercise, they can try. There's a lot of recommendation out there, very easy to follow.
Firstly, I would say you do calorie deficit and you’ll see your abs. You can train your abs but you can’t train them to lose fat in that specific area. Calorie deficit, cardio and workouts like this:

Good diet and Crunches and reverse Crunches...Goggle anabolic diet by Dr depasquale and intermittent fasting! You can search up lower ab work outs and other types of work out that u can do at home.. that's how to do it but you still gotta push it to get the six-packs. You can do a zero abs workouts, with a healthy diet and simple exercise like sprints. Or planks. Then do planks. After that, planks. Get the picture?
There is a YouTube channel by Chris Heria for men which is excellent. He shows from nutrition to focused exercises for six pack abs. I highly recommend it. Remember, Google is your friend.
