Buttermilk Pancake: Grandma's Low Fat Recipe

 Tasty low carb, high protein and low fat pancake. Great recipe for anyone looking to keep their weight under control. Low in calories and does not contain saturated fat, causing abdominal fat gain. I always try to cook food made by me at home. I also like to advise you to step away from processed foods, because many packaged and processed foods are designed to appeal to basic craving for salt, sugar and fat, with no focus on my nutritional value.

Buttermilk Pancakes are easy to prepare at home, less stress and great for the kids. This light and fluffy buttermilk pancake can be prepared within 30 minutes and serve. Also very budget-friendly.

Ingredients:-

* 1.5 teaspoon vinegar

* 1.5 cups milk

* 1/2 cup granulated sugar

* 60 grams protein powder

* 1.5 cups flour

For the buttermilk, I use the hack of 1.5 Tbsp vinegar, 1/2 cup granulated sugar  and add milk to make 1.5 cups. I also put 60g protein powder in my flour measuring cup, the add flour to get to 1.5 cup total. I cook on a buttered skillet sprinkle  with mini choc chips. Marcos as adjusted per pancakes are (i get about 12 pancakes): 6p, 8c and 4f.

You can give this recipe a try - easy, tasty and nourishing. Low calories recipe but high in vitamins and minerals to assist your body in burning fats.
