Most people can't eat carbs without getting bloated, so doing a keto sort of thing might be help. You can also eat less than 50 gram carbs and around 2800 calories. However, this doesn't guarantee you stop getting bloated. if you eat 150 gram carbs, whole grains, greens etc.. you might get really bloated. Also, if you option in doing low carb, it doesn't mean water will retain to your face, but it depends and that's really weird.
Why are you eating foods that bloat you then? cut them out XD.
Whole grains = loads of fiber. Fiber = indigestable. Indigestable = bloat.
Greens = Fiber again....
Why do you eat these foods anyways? they're literally just empty carbs, some minerals from the greens but cancelled out by anti nutrients. Maybe your body doesn't utilize carbs as good as before? You can look into Benfothiamine (B1) or tried to use Armidex, but if doesn't work, I think you should quit your TRT, did not start on TRT to get a chubby face. But again, consider getting on progesterone. you will need it no matter what, and who knows, it might be the cure for your bloat.
If you still get bloated with regular carbs, sounds like high E2. You might benefit from lowering your dose. Just be sure to allow 6 - 8 weeks to adapt to any given protocol.
Did you get blood work tests done? What is your e2?
You have to check your blood work done, yes. And you just need to know your testosterone levels because symptoms like low sex drive and bad erection and bad mood can trigger bloating. You should see a doctor for a blood test. However, It is illegal in some countries, so you have to be careful not to be reported to the police. Get bloods done privately to eliminate any worries with a doctor. I'm pretty sure most countries offer the service but not positive so you will have to have a google.
Your doctor wouldn't report it to the police but if your in a country where you pay for health insurance or something and they can tell from your blood work they may upload to the system and health insurance cost going up wouldn't be worth it not to mention you might have a harder time getting treatment for possible future medical conditions because it will be "self inflicted" in the insurance companies mind.
What is your body fat %? What’s your diet like carbs and sodium intake?
Low carb diet more like a keto diet can help you reduce reactions. You should check your sodium intake if it is very low. With the right kind of diet bloating can be controlled to an extent. Get that blood work and see what's going on. You should check your body fat percentage, but this doesn't cause bloating. Most people are fit, have normal fat percentage and still feel bloated.
If you are scared of losing muscle mass once you quit your TRT, or you are scared of increase reactions, you don't have to. The bloating usually subsides after a few months in therapy.
Big chance it will. And you NEED progesterone during TRT or C21. Highly recommend u try it! However, don't f**k around with c21, just use bio identical micronized progesterone, either tablets or cream. Biovea UK has a good Progesterone Cream that most in TRT Forum on Facebook use.
Carbs don't bloat you unless you eat excessive + sodium. when i eat loads of carbs i just get tighter and look leaner. You don't need pharma grade.
For high body fat, you can try exercising. Do you have a pot belly? i.e fat behind your abs... Visceral fat. Let your tummy lose and do the abs curve outward like a pot? (Not the subq fat that covers ab definition from the outside). Hope this helps.
